| Armorsmith skills allow you to make your own armor. You can learn armorsmith skills from the Armorsmith Trainer. To learn, go talk to him and select option 1, "Learn skills" to see the different armorsmith skills available to you. | ||
| There are four different skill divisions and each division has three levels. Look at the chart below to see the different levels, SP costs, and level requirements for learning each. | ||
Level 1 RequirementCost Total cost so far | Level 1 character 7 SP ( 7 SP ) | Level 5 character 47 SP ( 90 SP ) | Level 5 character 120 SP ( 358 SP ) | Level 32 character 255 SP ( 945 SP ) |
Level 2 RequirementCost Total cost so far | Level 4 character 11 SP ( 18 SP ) | Level 5 character 61 SP ( 151 SP ) | Level 5 character 153 SP ( 511 SP ) | Level 42 character 345 SP ( 1290 SP ) |
Level 3 RequirementCost Total cost so far | Level 5 character 25 SP ( 43 SP ) | Level 5 character 87 SP ( 238 SP ) | Level 5 character 179 SP ( 690 SP ) | Level 52 character 435 SP ( 1725 SP ) |
| To use your armorsmith skills to create armor, you must have a manual. Then you can use that manual to see which production materials you need to gather to craft the armor piece you want. | |||
Since only Knights carry shields, there is only one type of shield available in each manual. Knights get a new shield every four levels, so the shield manuals are all four levels apart. Select the item you want to craft to see the requirements for crafting it. If there is a scrollbar on the right side, you may scroll down to view the rest of the requirements. | |||
| Here are the requirements for crafting the shield displayed above. When a requirement is met, its name will turn from grey to white. Once all the requirements are met, the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the manual's window will light up and allow you to attempt to craft the shield. | |||
| The higher your level of armorsmith skills, the greater a chance you will have of being successful. It also has been said that you have a greater chance of success when crafting things that are at or below your level, but this is not confirmed. | |||
| Select a link below to be taken to a page with lists of all armors that may be crafted within the designated armor range and the items required for crafting these armors. | |||
| Smithing 25-32 armors | Smithing 55-62 armors | Smithing 25-69 & 97 shields |
| Smithing 35-42 armors | Smithing 65-72 armors | |
| Smithing 45-52 armors | Smithing 95-97 armors | |
