The suggested way to spend your Healer's stat points:
IMPORTANT: This table assumes that you are using a bow, since that is the weapon the vast majority of Healers below level 31 use. If you are using a scepter, all of your stat points need to be put on Intelligence instead.

At level 31 you will have to choose a job and become either a Cleric or an Archer.
