Update: March 26, 2008 -New wiki section!
Personal Dungeon monsters under the
Monster information area.
Update: March 24, 2008 -
I added a bunch of screenshots of a Tower party in action to the
Lust Trum monsters page. Check 'em out, there are some nice ones. Credit for the shots goes to
anil90!
I moved two Egeha monsters to the
Boss monsters page and added "formerly called ..." beside
Sintoras's updates to the names of the Koyemsi pair, Boucu Demon, Skinwalker, and Inkitomi. For those of you who didn't know, last patch those monsters' names were changed to the ones that they have in the Malaysian version of LC. The "formerly called ..." note will be left on the page to help avoid confusion, at least until we find out whether or not the new names are permanent. The last patch also changed (lowered) the levels of all the
Wafes in Dratan, so I updated those too.
Thanks to the contributions I've received on the
Healer,
Mage, and
Rogue pet equipment stat charts, today I have been able to complete the amounts of defense added to
every knightmare armor piece at
every level for those classes. Granted, there's probably a number off by 1 somewhere on the charts, but all-in-all they should be pretty darn close to correct.
I found out that Dratan v2 has been on the test server. From what I saw of it and what I've heard, version 2 is bugged to the point that it causes the whole server to just randomly up and crash. Other less serious bugs include missing monsters, scared NPCs, and misplaced landmarks. Because of the issues with the new map, all Mods and GS have had their test server access revoked while the GMs and devs work to pinpoint what's causing the trouble.
After they've got things working and access has been restored to the volunteers, I'll be able to finish testing out
Perfect Body and get started on checking all Knight skills. I also intend to recheck the
stat point effects for all classes. After Dratan v2 was put on test, Int added no MP and Con always added +3HP/MP for every single job. (Except Witches--but that's because I tested the Witch stat point effects out with my character on the real server.) I find this to be very suspicious.
Update: March 20, 2008 -Apparently one of the recent patches changed some skill names. Today when looking at my character's skills, I noticed that her passive skill
Mental Reserve has been changed to
Mental Preserve. Makes me wonder if any other skills have had their names altered. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
Yesterday I filled in the
Specialist 31+ stat point guide and fixed the stat point distribution between levels 40 and 43 on the
Archer 31+ page (thank you
Callarayne for spotting the mistake).
Today I fixed the formatting on several of the pages in the
crafting section and finished filling in the Healer equipment icons/names under the
Healer weapons & armor pictures section. Next I think I'll do the Titan section, since I have quite a few Titan equipment screenshots that can be added.
Update: March 13, 2008 -Tested out levels 1-4 of the
Mage general skill called
Transformation and corrected the amount of mana created by the skill. Thanks to some of the recent discussions in the Mage forum area, I realized that
Transformation's skill "power" is not actually the amount of mana Mages get from it. So now I have no clue what the "power" description means, if anything.
As you may know, I've been planning to do a run through the Temple of Forgetfulness with Squeaky. Want to take some neat screenshots to put here so low-levels and mid-levels can see the place. I'd also like to try to map it out, since I do intend to eventually add a map section to this wiki.
Unfortunately, the test server's Dratan map has been broken (well, glitched up bad) the past couple weeks and will probably stay that way for at least a couple more. Most monsters are missing or out of place and Teleporter Hiraine is currently hiding in a support column in the back of the temple. He refuses to talk to me, so I can't get inside. As soon as access is restored, I'll do my run. ;)
Update: March 06, 2008 -Looks like wetpaint's maintenance today gave us a new look! No more unrelated ads for other wikis along the right side of the page. And now we have a quicklink bar along the top, under the banner. Everybody cheer!
Over the next week I will (hopefully) be going through
all the wiki pages and checking to make sure that they're still in order. With the added space along the right side of the page now, quite a few images have been misplaced and some tables have been stretched. But hey, it's all good. The more space there is, the more info we can fit on here. :)
Update: March 04, 2008 -I tweaked the wiki user profile template today to make it more LC-friendly. Check out
my profile for an example of what it looks like. I'm still thinking up things to add to it, so if you have any ideas or suggestions about how the template should look please PM me!
Update: March 02, 2008 -I tested out most of the Titan
general and
passive skills. Will check the time durations and effects of debuffs next week, then move on to the Warmaster and Highlander skills.
I filled in the rest of the
Weaponsmithing and
Armorsmithing sections today. Now every manual for every piece of craft-able equipment should have the correct details. All smithing pages have been locked to prevent the information from being removed or altered. I know there are some other sites out there that give production manual info too, but they're not always correct--so I don't want any of their info replacing the info here. I have personally checked most of the info on this site against the info given by the manuals in-game, so it
should be right. If by chance you do spot something that's wrong (I'm liked by typos, I know), please PM me about it so I can fix it right away.
I added in a bunch of screenshots to the
Lust Trum monster information page a couple days ago. They show floors 1 through 8. I haven't yet been able to find floors 9 and 10, but when I do I'll add more screenshots from there.
Because of trouble with the way IE is displaying this site, I am working on putting the text+screenshot pages into tables (0px and invisible borders so you don't see them). That should solve the issue with text/pictures overlapping each other.
