It is my understanding that:
1) There are three types of monster behavior; passive, defensive and aggressive. 2) Defensive behaviour is limited to same monster type. When, in Dratan, Desert Spiders were defensive of Red Spiders, i put this down to a bug and changed my behaviour to compensate for it. I have now repeatedly found, in Merac, Salamander Ruins and Cerebrii to be mutually defensive. Further to this i have found this behavior, in Salamander Ruins, does not extend to Gnoll Lancers. I would be interested to know of other examples and if this is a fourth behavior type or a bug.

I have posted the mob hitpoints in my profile at:
http://lastchaosinfo.wetpaint.com/account/gquest since posts limit text to only 2000 characters. I still have a few left to fill... (stay tuned).

In the monster information pages you can see Monster attack and defense. Example: Attack: 580 / Defense: 2,113 (Cursed Spider for example).
Wouldnt it be more helpful to have the HP of the monster (and maybe a regeneration rate) for the monsters? So you could "calculate" how many of your normal hits you need to kill the monster. Beware! This again is one of Myko's ideas and might cause enormous amounts of work ;)
