Pandora's Box Event (October)
| The pandoras started as an event that was first made for Halloween, 2006. However, players liked it so much that the event was extended until Valentine's Day, 2008. Unfortunately, due to a mis-communication the developers ended the event on Halloween, 2007. It was reactivated January 22, 2008, then deactivated again February 13th, 2008. Pandoras may be readded again in the future. "Pandoras" are pretty little gold boxes that float around Juno, Dratan, and Merac. To open one, you must attack it. Upon opening, it will spawn either a gift or a Pandora's Beast. Pandora's Beasts are pumped up versions of other monsters on that map. They are the same size and shape, but have a light, white, translucent texture, making them very easy to pick out of a crowd. Below are tables containing the names, levels, attack types, drops, and XP of the Pandora Beasts on each map. Maps of the known Pandora Box spawn locations are also included. |
