A pet is, simply, a NPC companion that you have control over (to a certain extent). Pets are there to assist and occasionally even protect you as you hunt. There are currently four types of pets: horses, drakes, Ichi, and Scra-Chi. To find out how to get one, please check the
Pet quests page. While you may have up to four pets in inventory, you may only equip one. Unmounted horses and drakes s are visible only when you are out of town. Mounted horses and drakes are visible in town as well. Scra-chi and Ichi pets are visible both in and out of town. Pets can be trained while in the dungeons -- personal and public -- with their passive skills (if applicable)
benefittingbenefiting you.
All the pages linked to below are filled out with complete and checked information about each subject.
More basic content about pets (the two types, pet levels, pet evolution, etc.) will be added to this page eventually. Below is a basic comparison between each of the four pets.
