I got a lvl uhm...13 knight? (im pretty sure hes only 13) with the higher up gear on him that gives no penalty, and I can beat up on warewolfs all night with no problem. This is with clean gear (clean as in no blood stones) and i think just armor and shield is +4, the rest are +3, and some def/evasion jewlery/stone, and all points to uhm...dex. Seems like i can beat on those all night without killing them...but only problem is they tend to run from me a bit sometimes so i gotta check on them...but Im gonna lvl it up to the point where i can do something higher. Oh my pet is 16 with all points into armor too so...that helps. got near 600 def on him already cuse of that.just gotta find something that will stay on me all night...lol. 1 out of 5 found this valuable. The key thing is the right Mob. Always use what is Green for you if you are doing it alone. If you are with a healer go as high as you want. I have a Knight and I kill the Green mobs without a weapon fairly quickly. If your are partying with a Titan and he buffs you then you will kill it even faster.

I had to do it with something white to me or i end up killing it even without a weapon, but it wont kill me either so...it balances it out. Best thing to do i guess is to experiment i guess.

Youre trying to get your pet on a higher level. 4 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |

Any character type can pet level really, as long as they are unarmed. Obviously this is bad for a mage, unless you plan to use a lot of potions. The best is obviously a Knight (high defence) but I have seen Healers do well also. I have always used the unarmed - green monster - method; until I hit Level 43 and found the Merac Prizon. Level 5, the right ACC's and armor (+4 set) and you can AFK level a Death Mask Lancer until it leaves you (usually about 2 hours). Take in a Healer of equal level, and you can basically AFK level all day. Two players (unarmed) can both work on the same target without too many compications. Sorry, this is getting too long, ask me if you have any questions.

Hi everybody! I play the brazilian version of Last Chaos (here named Last War), and had some troubles whit pet leveling (already solved):killing monsters that in this site are labelled as pet eater won't to be a good strategy to who want stay AFK, because in few fight time (4 minutes, I guess) the monster "forget" who is his adversary, and begin to attack the pet (very bad for pet leveling!). also had problems whit the mob level, I was leveling with a 21º lvl mage, a horse on 22º lvl, it just gained XP on mobs lvl 16 or higher, so I had to fight dracus, so looks like that it has a maximum pet-mob diference. bye! 0 out of 1 found this valuable. I use my main char (Lvl 47 Specialist) for pet leveling. I go to the Jail, enter the room where the flyers are and hit them constantly.I use a +6 armor (45-47), EarthSea invocation, Stone skin and some potions now and then. Its not afk pet leveling but it will get you lots of SP and lots of pet experience (and some Experience, too). The flyers are not pet-eating, so you dont need to heal it and since I am higher than my pet it doesnt need to much feeding. Also you normally get more drops then you invest on potions, too. 0 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

The best class is healer at lv 13.if u go at sasquatch or werewolf and hit without weapon u can get like 1500 points per hour.BUT u must use a +3 armour that is easy to make or to have at least lv 15 ur pet with the points put in phisical defense. And u can let it days like that without dieng or killing the mob.And if u want to be sure of that u must use a lv 15-17+3 armour and/or a lv 10-15 pet.BUT take care with pets starvation u must feed him after 5-6 hours if u dont want to lose simpathy.Thats all.

You guys really shouldn't use such low level characters. your pet is going to eat so much food if it's lvl 30 and you're lvl 15. Make sure your character lvl is equal or higher than that of your pet.

18. Knight Lv 17 pet leveling AFK
Dec 17 2008, 12:57 PM EST
"which class is the best for leveling pets?"Ok, in response to tsepeche... I have a Knight Lv 17... put everything on DEX...no attack passives...just defense maxed out. You can wear rings and necklaces that say Physical Fortitude...and Swiftness of Reflexes. Lioncub amour all +4...and shield +4. Go to animal trainer...open Learn Skills window...then go out and find Treants. You should be able to go to sleep and pet level...just make sure pet has full food... and hope no one PK's you. Good Luck 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

I have a lvl 29 Healer, that I can pet level on treants, the only thing I have to worry about is when pet get's past lvl 32 I have to come back every 2 hours to feed stones, if I start with lvl 1 pet I can be AFK for 3 whole days, then pet is around lvl 30.Do you find this valuable? |
