So knight shield doesn't have eva seals ? =/ Do you find this valuable?

Shields can have eva seals up to lvl 69...after that ...or in other words..all shields lvl 73+ can be only with deff seals. So if u want/need eva boost for pvp...u can make eva seals on some lvl 65/69 shield and use it for pvp purpose.:D
