whats the difference between
Increase Casting Speed: 30%
&
Decrease skill cool time: 30%?
what is casting speed? i always thought it was the speed to cast a spell...like cooldown time which determines how fast you can cast it.
or i dunno relaly someone reply ^_^ 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I've not seen any item with Increase casting speed on it.

Just by reading the name, Increase casting speed, I assume it reduces the amount of time it takes for the spell to be cast. Whereas, Decrease skill cool time, reduces the amount of time before the skill refreshes and can be cast again.

I'm curious, what item has Increase casting speed on it? Or is it a skill? Do you find this valuable?

what i thought fast casting was increase the speed in the delay time... i dont know how i got that maybe because i am playing dota but,, what i am saying is liek if i use a skill there will be like 1-2 second delay in casting or longer.. so it reduces that but i dunno thnx for helping me though . Do you find this valuable?

You might have seen the term "Casting Up" in the name of the item or something. This refers to the seal: "Decrease skill cool time: 30%". Do you find this valuable?

There is a passive skill for mage's callled fast spell casting which "permanently decreases skill refresh time" allowing the mage to cast a spell repeatedly with less wait time for the skill to "cool down" Do you find this valuable?

Oh so its a mage skill? LOl i thought i saw it on an item. Ok, so in conclusion , decrease cooldown and increase cast speed is both decreasing the cool down or refreshment of the skill for the user to ccast faster.
Now i got one last question. Is it possible to have 0 cool down? since i noticed not all the amour sets have the (decrease 30% cd)

0 seconds cooldown (aka. 100% cast) is possible, but ONLY at higher level (taking that you do not have GM made gear (100b+ on market) or accessories (untradable)).
To get 0 seconds cooldown/100% cast you need the following:
30% Cooldown on any Helmet
40% Cooldown on the level 165 weapons (lvl 160 for Night Shadow whereas Knights and Titans do NOT have a 40% cooldown seal thus 100% cast impossible for Knights and Titans without the use of GM made gear/accessories).
30% Cooldown on level 164 crafted/quest pants

Or replace any 30% by 10% on level 146 pants and 20% on level 155 shirts (both are drops). Do you find this valuable?
