I think it does not sry
all the buffs are capped to 250%
as pbi and pssp give 300%, the buffs wont add anything ... Do you find this valuable?

lvl 1 of Holy Bless does not increase XP at all - should read 0% instead of 5%. (tested in a solo party with Elizabeth's buff).
My test may be wrong if there was any xp event running at the same time Do you find this valuable?
